- Do we keep the number and the account?
- Yes. The WhatsApp Business account is registered in your name from day one. This matters more than it sounds: a number held by an agency is leverage over you, and we do not take it.
- Can we keep using our existing number?
- Usually yes, though a number currently on the consumer WhatsApp app has to be migrated, which we handle as part of setup.
- What can we send?
- Replies within an open conversation are free-form. Outbound messages outside that window use templates that Meta has to approve, and getting those approved is part of the work.
