   What is being built, what is out of scope, and what we need from you before each stage can start. Nothing begins on a verbal.

3. Step 3

   Build in milestones

   Each milestone is a deliverable you can look at. You pay against those rather than against elapsed time, with a project manager on the thread throughout.

4. Step 4

   Handover

   Accounts in your name, documentation, and a walkthrough session so your team can run it without calling us.
