AI and workflow automation: common questions
- What can actually be automated?
- Anything that follows a rule and currently costs a person time: lead routing, quote follow-ups, order updates, review requests, report assembly, data moving between two systems that do not talk. The scoping call is mostly working out which of these is costing you the most.
- Is our data going into an AI model?
- Only where you agree it should, and we tell you which steps involve a third-party model before building them. Plenty of useful automation involves no AI at all.
- What happens if it breaks?
- Workflows are built with error handling and alerts so a failure surfaces immediately. Because the platform is in your account, you are never locked out of your own automations.
