- What can actually be automated?
- Anything that follows a rule and costs someone time: lead routing, quote follow-ups, order updates, review requests, daily reports, documents generated from templates and data moving between two systems that do not talk. The scoping call is mostly working out which one costs you most.
- How much does an automation cost?
- A single workflow is AED 1,800 and takes about a week. An Automation Pack of connected workflows is AED 3,900 over 3 to 4 weeks. AI agents and document processing across departments start at AED 9,500. Platform subscriptions and AI usage are paid at cost on top.
- n8n, Zapier or Make: which should we use?
- Zapier for a few simple connections and the fastest start. Make for visual multi-step flows at a lower price per operation. n8n when volumes are high, you want to self-host, or the data should stay on your own server. Our comparison post covers the monthly costs.
- Is our data going into an AI model?
- Only where you agree it should, and we name every step that uses a third-party model before building it. Plenty of useful automation involves no AI at all.
- What happens if a workflow breaks?
- Workflows are built with error handling and alerts, so a failure reaches a named person straight away. The platform is in your account, so you are never locked out of your own automations.
