Platform partner status and certifications

We work in Zoho, HubSpot, n8n and the WhatsApp Business API, and hold Top Rated Plus standing with a 100% job success score on Upwork. Working in a platform and being certified in it are different claims, and this page only makes the second one where there is a certificate behind it.

Professional indemnity, public liability and any compliance certifications are not published here yet. Each needs the insurer or issuing body, the policy or certificate number, the coverage limit and the expiry date.

Contracting and payment terms

Work is contracted through GoDesign FZE under a written scope. The scope names what is being built, what is out of scope, and what is needed from you before each stage can start.

Projects are milestone based. Each milestone has a deliverable you can look at, and payment is against the milestone rather than against elapsed time. Retained work is billed monthly.

You own the accounts. Domains, hosting, the CRM, the automation platform and the WhatsApp Business account are registered in your name from the start, not held by us and rented back to you. If the engagement ends, nothing needs to be handed over because it was never held.
